1. Appointments & Cancellations

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

• Arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service.

2. Liability & Service Terms

• We are not liable for allergic reactions or hair damage if you withhold relevant health history.

• A patch test is recommended for color/chemical services.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Prices are subject to change; payment is due at time of service.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services, but concerns will be addressed respectfully.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content (photos, logos, etc.) on our website/social media is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.
